Maria Mutagamba becomes the new minister in charge of Tourism while Ephraim Kamuntu who has been in that position becomes the new minister of Water and Environment where he replaces Mutagamba
Justine Lumumba who has been minister of state for urban development becomes the new government chief whip and she is replaced by Gomba County Mp Rosemary Najjemba Muyinda
Masindi Municipality Mp Kiiza earnest is the new minister in charge of Bunyoro affairs. Sarah Kataike becomes minister of state for health in charge of general duties replacing Dr Richard Nduhura who has been dropped
Richard Todwong becomes minister without fort polio in charge of political mobilization. Aida Nantaba becomes state minister for lands while Sarah Opendi becomes state minister for primary health care
Shem Bageine is the new state minister for East African Affairs a position which was created recently
All other cabinet and state ministers have retained their original positions
